Position:

• Cook (1 Vacancy)

Job Description:

• Prepare and cook meals as per the hotel’s menu and standards.
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and food quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Assist in menu planning and suggest creative dish ideas.
• Manage kitchen inventory and report shortages on time.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cook in hotels/restaurants.
• Knowledge of Bhutanese, Indian, and Continental cuisines preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
