Position:

• Food & Beverage Service Staff (1 Vacancy)

Job Description:

• Greet and serve guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver promptly.
• Ensure tables are properly set and dining areas remain clean.
• Provide recommendations and assist guests with menu choices.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
• Handle billing, payments, and guest feedback efficiently.
• Maintain service standards and adhere to hotel policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in F&B service (hotel/restaurant).
• Knowledge of service etiquette and basic barista skills preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Dzongkha.
• Presentable, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
